Hello! I’m Danelle, the person working behind the scenes. I serve as the Client Service Coordinator/Office Administrator for the Buckingham Team, a role I’ve held since March 2012. Before joining the team, I spent nearly 19 years with Jostens in Owatonna, MN, working in various roles. Throughout my career, customer service has been a central part of nearly every position I've held. It’s truly where I thrive—helping make processes run smoothly and supporting clients to give them peace of mind. I grew up in the Winona area(Altura/Rollingstone/Elba) and attended school at LAHS and St Mary's University of MN before moving to Owatonna, and eventually to Rochester. Like the other members of our team, I have knowledge of and a love for SE Minnesota. I have two sons, a daughter-in-law, and two furbabies. In my spare time, I like to hang out with family & friends and particularly love going to musicals, plays, and concerts.
